Hot n Sweet dinner...

I must write today's dinner feelings down in case I forget.. I've cooked only 2 dishes tonight for hubby n myself but I added the quantity of each dish..

Belowed is the 1st attempt of my "Sambal Kangkong".. It taste super good!! N also, it taste super hot!! Hot till my nose mucus keep flowing out on its own n my tongue feels numb!! Hubby tried the first mouth n begins "zis, zis, wa super hot leh Mummy, but it really taste good!!" So both of us had big mouth of rice whenever we ate this super hot kangkong.. If cooked for my Mother, she'll love it menn!!!

"Mother, when u come in March, I'll definitely cook this for u!!" Don't see the colour very bland huh, wait till u try, it'll be sizzling hot...

Next, as both of us can't take hot food very well, I have to cook this sweet n sour pork to neutralise the taste.. It really helps a bit... Hahahah.. After that, I brewed some "Apple n Pear" drink to cool our body.. Hahha...
This dinner brings spicy, sweet, sour taste tonight..
Take spicy, complement with sweet & sour then in case become heaty, drink cooling brewed fruit drink.. Hahahahhah.... Shiok sia!!!

Christmas Chinese Dinner!

Today is the REAL CHRISTMAS DAY!! 25th Dec 2008!!!

1st thing, I must wish my Father n Mother "Happy 28th Wedding Anniversary!" I called my Mother yesterday... She told me she has being deceived by my Father 28yrs ago, pator, got married n that's y "Koh Ker Sin" is here today.. Then she goes "wahahahhah", laughing away... Time passes so fast menn... Little Koh Ker Sin is 27 liao n going to be Mummy soon!! Feeling so funny for my baby to call my mum n dad :"Ah Gong, Ah Ma.." Hahhahha....

Then comes the topic of the day... Chinese christmas dinner at Celine's house.. It was great.. Nasi Lemak, grillled Honeyed chicken wings, fried egg, cucumber, fried sambal ikan bilis, chicken soup, vegetable curry, fishballs, ngoh-hiong, tau suan!! Wonderful right?!!! Kudos to the chefs who prepared all these!!

Dinner starts.... N pictures begins with kids of cuz!! Let's start with the one NOT LOOKING at the camera.. (Clockwise): YuXuan (Isaaz's daughter), Bjorn (Celine's son), Zelda & Ainsley (Ivy's kids), Chloe (Celine's daughter). See, they have their own children's dining table ok?

Heehee, here comes Miss Yuxuan.. She got character menn, dun look means dun look, dun talk means dun talk... "The more u dun want me to take u, the more I want to take... Kacha!! Nice chicken wings to eat huh?!!"
Then, Miss character warmed up liao.., begin to play with my Hubby.. Here she's taking a kids camera to take picture of my Hubby..

See how she likes to play with Hubby? Later on, she still drag Hubby's hand to go inside Bjorn's room to play kids' cooking!! So cute... My Hubby is so HAPPY!!!

Once she's warmed up n start playing with u, she will continue...

It's very easy to divert kids' attention.. See, now they are playing computer games..My hubby really got fate with kids.. All the kids like him so super much... Celine they all said I can rest liao, next time he can take care of our kids.. n even asked him to consider opening a childcare centre!

When we reached home, I told Hubby today it's Christmas, so we must take pictures with our 1st Christmas tree at home!! He reluctantly agreed.. Yeah!!!Aboved: I was not satisfied with the my fat body photo though Hubby looked nice..

He tell me "Dear, enough liao, I take a lot liao.." So I asked him to be my photographer lor..

This photo is meant for Lifang.. She said I never post my pregnant tummy on blog.. So I asked Hubby to take an obvious pict of my 25 weeks ( 6 months +) pregnant look..

"Come Baby, this is the 1st Christmas with u still inside Mummy's tummy!! Take a picture!!"

Ok, soon, it'll be a NEW YEAR!! Let me, Hubby n Baby wish every of our friends " MERRY CHRISTMAS n A VERY HAPPY WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!!" Cheers!!!

Helsingborg & Malmo Trip

On 21st Dec, Hubby brought me to Helsingborg for a short trip.. We stayed there for 1 night n headed for Malmo the next day before we come home..It was so fun!!! ( I mean as compared to Karlskrona)..

K, before we leave our warm warm nest, let me take a pict with the Christmas present Hubby has given me..

Saw the windmill below? It's on the way to Helsingborg.. The sky is clear blue with a big big patch of grassland.. Nice scenery yeah?

I got bored in the car so I opened up my present.. It warmed me!! A pair of leather gloves with lots of fleece n wool inside!! Perfect for my sweaty palms!! I love u Darling!!

Here we reached Helsingborg after around 2 n half hrs drive.. this is Valacentrum with 109 shops.. Shop till u siao!! Also, they have a food court!! But selling burgers, western food, Thai food, Macdonalds n blablabla at diiferent stores... Where Im standing is the entrance of the shopping area..Then we reached our Hotel (Clarion Grand Hotel) after shopping.. The hotel has a nice scenery.. We stayed directly in the centrum, so downstairs are the shops liao.. Sorry for the poor image...

Hubby was doing the check-in while I sit down n rest.. Pregnant woman gets tired easily la.. I was lucky to use his name to book the hotel or the one resting now is him!! Hahaha..

This is our hotel room.. Rm 219.. Small but cosy n the bed is damn comfortable.. The moment I entered the room is to switch on the heater!!

Then came across this "museum or church" when we are shopping around... It was quite nice so I took a pict.. Now all my pictures are big n fat n round... Sad..

We walked into a cute litlle shop selling all cute little things...seems like going into a small little dwarfs world.. After I took the pict, the salesgirl came n said in a some swedish, saying we are not allowed to take photo in the shop... Whahaha, Hubby faster say sorry...

It was noon soon... So we did the check-out n went for a stroll by the harbour just 10mins walk away from our hotel... It was so windy n cold... We could walk slanting, u know? But Helsingborg got a nice view!!

Must ask Hubby to take some photos.. He hates to take picts menn... He said he's too handsome to show face... Alamak...

Then both of us were so tired that we take a rest for a while before going for our Japanese lunch.. Yeah!!!

K, then comes the long driving again... Luckily, it was only like half n hr drive from Helsingborg to Malmo... Here is the pict where I can see the windmills clearly... It was like 3.30pm in the afternoon.. but see the sky turning dark so soon...

My head was kinda painful n my ears are feeling cracked due to the big wind from the whole morning so I went to buy a new cap... with a headband to cover my ears..

See, Hubby is "bio-ing me"!! Hahha...

This is the evening of Malmo...looks nice?The next morning before we check-out of the Malmo hotel, we went walk walk again.. I just find the building belowed very nice so I took a pict of it...

A kind passer-by is willing to take a picture of us!! I told Hubby that we must take a pict together at least once when we reached a new place for memory's sake but again, he said he's too handsome to show face...Ego!!!!

Duno what to eat, so we went Burger King.. I force him to take a pict again... Hee...

Then I asked him to take a pict for me too... Sometimes I think taking pictures is so fun n keeps a memory.. y he dun like? Tot he say he's handsome, then should take more right? Aiyo...

My final fantasy of the day... We went Ahlens City to shop... Surprisingly, we came across a branded bag section cuz in Karlskrona, there's no branded shops.. Back in Singapore, I would patronise the Renoma, Braun Buffel n Piere Cardin bag sections maybe once or twice a month.. My concept of branded dun exceed S$200.. Hahah, cheap branded.. Think the most expensive bag is my COACH wallet, given by my hubby.. It exceeded his budget far far... Hahah!

I came across this DKNY bag n fell in love with it.. So I bought..Who knows my bank got not enough money liao...so Hubby paid... Then when we reached home, he said no need to return him the money, take it as my 2nd part of Christmas present!! Yeh!!! Darling, I love u, love u , love love u sia!!

So, this is the Adidas cap that Hubby likes, but I din allow him to buy that time cuz he got too many caps at home liao!! While I was cracking my brain what he likes recently but couldn't buy, I tot of this cap... So bo bian, I go n buy lor... Hahha... Hmmmm, Adidas cap exchanged with wool gloves n DKNY bag, worth it menn!! Yeah, Darling, I can't stop to tell u I love u so much!!! HAha!

Little Christmas Party on 20th Dec 2008!

On 20th Dec 2008, I had my very 1st Christmas celebrated in Sweden.. We held the small little party at Cin's place which is just next to my block.. We had a fun time... FUN FUN TIME.. Let's take a look...

Firstly, I took a photo with Didi the moment I carried him.. Can see my pregnant tummy now?

This the christmas present me n Hubby bought for Didi.. We bought a lot of presents this yr... for all the kids... We lugi this yr cuz my baby still inside me... Hahha...never mind everybody, there's always a next yr..

Then comes the food we have cooked... Mine job is salad n honeyed baked ham.. Too many food liao, forgot who do what liao...
Then next we played games... Belowed showed Alvin's forfeit.. We played musical chair.. We must pass a parcel to the next person beside us n goes on till the music stop then we have to open the parcel to see the task inside.. Here's Alvin got to lick his wife's Sherin's elbow for 20 secs? But see? I think he likes sucking more... Ohoh...R-A!!

Then Shuwen becomes the next victim.. She got to wear the rabbit's hairband throughout the whole Christams party... luckily it's not me sia... Cuz I sat just beside her!! If not, for my gonggong fringe plus the rabbit hairband, I'm gonna look like a "hippo cum idiot cum siao cum blablabla.."

Next victim: John... Poor him... He came to Cin's house just for dinner.. but the musical chair landed on him...n 2X somemore!! He damn sway sia... The first, he kena draw lipstick on his lips by a blindfolded Alvin... Alvin just follwed instructions by us :" up a bit, left a bit, nonono, up a bit.." That goes the look at John's lips.. 2nd time he kena to dance Aaron Kwok's Dui Ni Ai ai ai Bu Wan".. Poor Johnny...

Then, we seperated into 2 groups.. The guys got to play "paper volleyball".. A tissue is being dropped from the ceiling from Ekmond then the competitors must use their mouths to blow at the tissue.. When the tissue finally drops onto the floor, then we will see whether it crosses the line we fixed earlier... SHIT,my team loses tragically... N worst, our opponents blowed until the tissue stuck onto Alvin's mouth!!! Yucks, imagine with all the men's saliva!! Please see our punishment at Facebook singing christmas carols.. This is sway menn...

Then we have the gift exchange session...Here's Hubby giving Kenway his gift..

Then Hubby received his gift from Choo...

Then Hubby gives present to Baby Anders too... Carrying Anders is his Grandpa from SIngapore.. He came to visit Baby Anders, Choo n Aizhen.. There's also Choo's mama n auntie..

Then my turn to receive my gift from Shuwen...See my gift below? Sob sob, it's anti-age cream... Then Shuwen says becuz I always got rashes on my hands so she bought this for me..... Haiz... Hear already at least consolation a bit... Hahha, what type of English menn... Hey, Fang, see I put on weight right?

Then my turn to give Alvin's his gift... See I bought him a gift he loves---- the scarf!! Hee, I got good taste right? Come, the 2 KOHS take pict together..

After that, it's girls taking the pict!!!Me.. Then Sherin behind me, Gerald's girlfriend Jade flew from SG to visit Gerald, Cindy kneeling down with Seline behind her n lastly Shuwen beside Seline. ( P.S: Aizhen's not in pict cuz she went home early)
