Halo everybody, Baby Tingting is back like I said... Mummy will take a lot of potos for me n herself.. The following are shots taken at my home druing my 2nd n 3rd week after I was born..

Hm, Heaven's so good to me, everytime let me dream of my prince charming.. Hmmm, got so many choices, who should I choose? Joel, Didi or Anders?

Finally....

Grandma n Daddy have been complaining that my fingernails always scratch them till so painful so Mummy decides to cut for me.. N Mummy choose to cut them when she's feeding me.. Clever Mummy... She knew I won't move in this sense.. Wa, I love it when Mummy do it so gently, so comfortable!!!

Aizhen yiyi bought me a set of bikini n Mummy n Grandma can't wait to put on for me with the sunglass that Grandma bought.. See my bikini look?

Then, it's time to bathe.. In Sweden, it's still cold now to go swimming at the beach, so I'll swim in my bathtub...

Some thoughts in my mind...

It's coming to the 3rd week after I gave birth to my precious daughter.. Reflecting back on the moment when Tingting just slipped out of my tummy, I was a bit disappointed when I realised she was a girl.. It was because I always wanted a boy and everyone of my friends told me my baby is gonna be a boy based on the shape of my tummy.. Haiz, we bought ALL boys' clothes then to take a gamble.. Haiz, but we lost the bet..

To Hubby, it was a miracle! He always wanted a girl.. I could see the happiness on his face the moment he knew it was a baby girl.. 40hrs of labour nearly drained me out. Im glad that I pulled it through though.. ALL THANKS to my Hubby n my Mum who stayed by my side all the while throughout the whole process of labour. I love both of u n of cuz, my precious new-born Tingting..

I have shared a special bond with my Baby girl and Im glad that it's becoming stronger as each hr n each day passes by.. n she seems to understand what Mummy is saying to her everytime during feeding.. There was one day where Tingting got gassy stomach n she was crying the whole night.. My mum was cradling, burping n coaxing her throughout.. Mother, I salute u menn.. I felt heartache as I see how my new born girl in pain n could do nothing to ease her, I just felt like crying.. Luckily after she finally burped n diarrhea a few times, she got better n slept.. But I still couldn't have a good sleep cuz I was worried about her still.. Now I understand being a parent is not easy..

The more I looked at Tingting, the more I fell in love with her.. She's such a cute little girl.. She could smile, could frown, could do cross-eyed, could stare at u, could "sainai".. I could see myself in her cuz she resembles me in a lot of ways.. n INDEED VERY MUCH, even our temper.. My mum, my hubby n I simply just adores her.. So do my family in SG.. My younger brothers kept asking me to take Tingting back to SG, so they can bring her out for a walk n buy her clothes n toys.. Im so glad that Tingting brought so much happiness to my family.. A lot of my friends wanted to become her "kaiye, kaima".. Haha, she's such blessed...

As a Mummy, I just hope Tingting will grow up fast n be a good, healthy n happy girl..

To my dearest Mother, Hubby n Daughter: I love u all n glad that u all gave me the support n encouragment during this hard labour.. Thank u n muacks....

The GEM of our life - Welcome Alonza Lua En Ting..

This shall be a very long blog... It's about my labour n finally the birth of my precious daughter.. Hubby wants her daughter to be special, so we named her Alonza, meaning brave n strive for better.. Her Chinese name is En Ting, meaning knowing how to show gratitude towards others n is a sweet gentle girl..

The belowed is my only one proud photo when I just reached the hospital with bleeding n some contractions.. See I can smile some more... Scroll down for later agony..Admitted at 3:40am on 3rd April which was Ting's exact due date n cervix dilated 1.5cm.. I was trying to tahan the contractions till cervix dilated to be 4cm then I wanted to have Epidural but my stubborn cervix just dun wanna open till over 30 hrs liao, dr no choice, put epidural for me even my cervix was only 3cm dilated.

I was in great n strong pain as time passes n we just forget to take photos.. The belowed was taken around 1-2hrs b4 Ting was born.. I've tahan 35 over hrs of contraction pain b4 I was asked by the nurse to sit n roll left n right on this gym ball, so that bb head can come down more faster.. I kept on this for 45 mins b4 the real hard contractions came..Cervix dilated till 5cm.. Hubby was very supportive thruout.. All types of pain killers tried like acupunture, warm water bath, Thigh injections, Epidural, Etonox gas with TENS, Panadols and whatever u could think of..

After the gym ball rolling, the contractions that nearly killed me came.. It was super frequent..1-2 mins interval n it was getting stronger each time.. As I rolled up myself into a prawn size, the midwife must well put me on my left side to deliver.. The urge of pushing was so strong that I held on to my hubby using all my strength.. I could feel something's coming but midwife says still cannot push becuz she havent check me yet... ALAMAK!!

OK, I let her check..Then to my surprise, she says :" congratulations, it's 10cm now!" As I lied on my left side n push, she said cannot see Ting's head yet so asked me to changed to the traditional delivery position n guess what, she said something surprisingly to me again:" Oh, The head is halfway out!" So I gave a final push n Ting just slipped out.. Luckily, total it was only 5-7 pushes.. It's the contractions that nearly killed me... n I couldn't forget the feeling of the head stuck there.. I was a few lucky woman who have my hubby n my own mother to accompany me thruout the whole process of delivery..

Finally, see my Ting? This shot was taken the moment she slipped out of my tummy!!

Ok, Hubby got to cut the umbilical cord... He told me he was trembling...

Here comes the placenta... Midwife says it's a very nice placenta..

See her big eyes? Less than one min she's born, she open her eyes to see us!!

Then, time to weigh her n take body measurements.. She weighed 3.5kg n 50cm at birth!! Ppl says she's big!!

Her voice can be loud as thunder when she cries.. Can come my hse hear if u dun believe..

Tingting just dun like being naked... Hmmm, that's a good thing...
