Our car

Over here, cars are super cheap... we bought this 2nd hand Audi A6 Combi at SG 16k. It's a 10yr old car but surprisingly the interior n exterior is newer then a few yr old car.. Millage is only 17,000km. Good deal huh. Over here, all ppl buy 2nd hand cars as we are only here for 3 yrs.. n Here, nobody wash car ok, the more dirty n dusty ur car, then u win... Haha.. Ppl here are not allowed to wash car cuz not allowed to wet the floor... Haha, no logic right?! If u want to wash car, muist go to a specific car wash cetnre where u "dong" 10Kr n wash ur car there..And all Singaporeans here buy expensive cars cuz when back in Singapore, all these cost over SG 100k, wher got money, sell buttock also not so much earned..So, drive all u can here.. U can park almost anywhere except highways. Seldom got traffic jams like PIE, BKE, KJE every morning in Singapore.. Seldom see Fatimahs and Alis here to summon u...

I saw an Opelz red combi too but my hubby say too ex, 99Kr, more ex than a BMW here.. He say not worth it... Guess wat, later bought by his colleague!!! Everyday parked bleow my hse, make me sad... When I emailed Zhengfei who is in the sates about our car, he say it looks good except the color looked like MID!!!! Walau, Zhengfei!!!!

I started driving yesterday but still a bit scared cuz left hand drive n a lot of roundabouts.. But I reached home safely... Thank god...

3rd day holiday- Car show n Aspo

We went to Malmo bus to get some groceries but the bus only arrived at 11am, so we went to Macdonalds first.. Tot of having big breakfast, but they dun have.. Macdonalds here serve the same meals thru the day, they only work for office hrs, no 24hrs like Singapore. N they dun have fish fillet.. They only have McChicken, big Mac, Hamburger, n normal chicken burger.. I duno what's normal chicken burger.. Haha... they DUN HAVE CHILLI SAUCE.. Curry sauce taste a bit funny... After finished Mc, we saw this ongoing car show.. Only a few cars on exhibit only..

The chinese words.. Think the ang mohs dun even know what these 2 characters means.. Write tobalek somemore.. But I like the colour n shape of this car..

Next, we come to ASPO. The very big ship that u can drive in. It can take ard 21 cars or trucks and ppl with bicycles at a time. Hubby n me, Cin n Ekmond all inside our car, waiting to see how the opposite island looks. The journey takes ard 20mins.. And yet, me n hubby fell asleep then...

We reached liao.. This is a very small island but super narrow roads, just maybe slightly bigger than Singapore's driving centre circuit.. When another car coming against u, u got to give way n shift towards the grass patch.. so dangerous.. This island has nothing except one ICA(supermarket) and a few cafes which we dun even know that's cafes cuz it looked like ppl's private houses!! We tio pian liao, someone told us here's like Sentosa, when we come liao, realise it's only Pulau Ubin.. n we are going around n around in circles n circles.. Then before we go back to the pier to board the ship, we saw this small lake that leads to the sea.. So Cin n me just take a pict.. It's rather cold at the background but ppl still can walk around in bikinis, one family in bikinis, walking hand in hand, so funny.. n ppl are jumping into the lake for a cool swim.. my goodness!!

1-2nd holiday- Marine Museum

In Sweden, 6th June is their NAtional Day. Im so glad that it's a Friday cuz my hubby then can no need go to work, saturday off n sunday off.. Heehee, finally can stick with him for 3 full days.. The aboved photo was taken near a seaside. Actually, on our left side, there's a lot of bikinis chio bus n yandaos lying on the grass to sunbathe.. Over here, bikinis ah ma n ah gong also join in the fun as normal.. I was thinking if back in Singapore, ppl see ah bui or those old farts wearing bikinis, they will criticise until hell or laugh till teeth drop..

On the first day, we stayed at home n do own stuff.. He surfed net n I cook.. In the morning, we cooked salmon fried rice.. Yummy yummy! In the afternoon, I was feeling sianz liao so try to make chee cheong fun.. I nvr tot cheap cheap chee cheong fun is so mafan to do.. Needs at least 4 pots n pans.. But think my batter is too thick, so my chee cheong fun skin looked like soon kuey skin!! Wahaha... But I have put some heibee n prawns to be the filling.. Overall result, taste good!!

Our 2nd day first destination- Karlskrona famous -a must go museum :MARINE MUSEUM. It shows all kinds of marine stuffs.. Entrance fee is 60Kr (SG$15) n student rate is 30Kr.. The counterman asked whether we are students, we proudly say no.. Then regretted when we know that student is half price lesser.. Sway..

This is the first submarine built in Sweden. Think it's super old.. It can't be used liao, only for exhibition..
I duno what is this, think this is the person who built the submarine in 1904? Just have a taste of swedish words here.. U imagine if u see all these" u-know-me-but-i-duno-u"words in the supermarket, how hard is that? By common sense..
From the internet, I got to know that this type of tank can be used to help submariners to float to the surface when the submarine is not able to. Think can have 2-3persons? per time? I duno much too but visit the marine museum, u'll get to know the more detailed stuff of marine life.. Belowed showed other kinds of ship that ppl used to bulit in older days, the swords n guns they used to go to war..U'll freak out when u see the photos later..

All these are real swords n guns used in real war ok? Scary right? Now where got ppl use swords liao?
These are the earlier ships built in the europe.. Big projects sia, u c how meticulous n nice their works are.. Olden days ppl are really powerful n clever, most importantly, hardworking..not like ppl nowadays, so llllllaaaazzzzyyyyy n so kaykiang somemore.. My bud, Cheryl always say :" Ah Sin, shi jie bian liao yang..." Her pitch for the "bian" is super high... Hahahaha...

At the entrance into the real museum, they placed a group of generals discussing the ship components.. And we r just kpo, just want to be part of the group..Wat's we are holding on hands are just introduction phamphlets.

They also have underwater world ok. It's actually very dark inside, only these glass panels are with lightings. Nothing interesting la, not like our Sentosa's underwater world got so many colorful fish n corals to see.. N u can't dive to be inside to feed fish.. There's no fish we see also.. Haiz, I missed Singapore!!

Cin, really got sailors see the navigator like u meh, such nice pose? Erhm, my english not very power la, is this called a navigator or binoculars? Hahaha, eh, really can see what's outside leh cuz I also tried..

I duno whether that's a torpedo or bomb.. Haha... I really wonder did I really go museum, y I duno a lot of things.. Yes la, I did but I saw see, din really read much unless it looks interesting.. Haha..

Before we leave the museum, let's hold hands together to take a shot.. This was a fruitful trip, learnt n saw a lot of things that happens in marine life.. Luckily we does not live in olden days.. Another BBQ- This time at Polhem

This is the lake in front of our house. We are having a BBQ today with my hubby's colleagues.. Finally, got a day which I no need to cook... Today's waether is very cold leh, duno y... U see got sun but like no sun leh... can only feel the wind..Aiyo.....

This dog is Ian's son.. He loves this dog menn.. His name is Shadow.. But I very scared of this dog.. He likes to climb on to ppl.. Heard from my hubby that Ian loves Shadow to the extend that there's one incident where our drinking water n sewage water are mixed up so we need to boil the water even when washing vegetables. Ian locked the tap to prevent Shadow to drink!! Alamak, Im thinking whether he'll be so good to his own son if he has one in the future... HAaa..



Hanqiang, the all time BBQ-er.. He always pengs for us n will always ask me " U want fei ro?" Meaning the fat meat.. I would always say:" Wo yao!!!" Haha... The one in white t-shirt is Gerald.. The one in cap is one of the "wives" Gallen... Cuz he lived with Johnathan but he cook for him.. Ehhhh, I saw Ekmond trying to smile at the camera wor...Cin, stop looking at the kuey-sit..

This is the view at the BBQ area. Directly straight to the end 2nd storey is my house.Besides my house, also 2nd storey lives Aizhen n Jui Yeang n ready to-be-born baby.. Looks hot right? But it's fake!!

Sunday... A day off to accompany bored wives..

Today the bus suprisingly have no ppl!! So we take the chance to take photos in the bus.. Here, public transport is very expensive. Over here, when u take the bus, no matter how many stops u are going to get down, it's standard, u've got to pay SG $4 plus to board the bus. U can choose to buy a bus card at 300Kr then this card can be used for u alone, u n hubby or u n frens together.. U pay cash to the bus driver. He'll give u the card.. Here we, are going to Centrum.. Look at my hubby, fedup, always duno how to take picts properly, always got facial spasms..

Summer's here. Finally the weather is a bit warmer but we still wear long sleeve out cuz the weather here sort sort one, somwtimes the wind comes all of a sudden.. We are holding the famous ice-cream which everybody queue up during summer.. The scoup is super big n a lot of colors n flavours to choose.. But all in swedish... BBBBBBUUUUTTTT, u can tell the counter girl to let u taste first.. What we are eating is 2 scoups... Mine actually is light blue colour, but cmaera flash light la... Im eating mint chocolate n vanila, hubby's eating mango n chocolate chips..One cone like like this is ard 25Kr.. One additional scoup is 5Kr.. But can't eat too much, feel sick leh...


Wa, next we pass by some shops n saw this "BOWLING" signs, so we went in to try.. Haha, ppl say here very lokcok, the pins fell liao, one ah pek will arrange them in the back.. Bullshit la, no such thing la.. it's same like SIngapore. Here an hr's rate is 150Kr, no matter how many ppl. Shoes rental all included in this 150Kr.. My husband's pose very nice huh? But think this ball went drain la... Wahahahaha... The alley no ppl one, very few ants around only..

Gerald's birthday/pot-lard session-End May 08

This is a pot-lard session... It's held at Yeow Chong's hse at Centrum. All of us cook one type dish.. Think it said to pre-celebrate Gerald's 21st birthday.. Cuz here dun have birthday off, cuz he shall spend his 21st birthday working... Poor boy... Let's say about food.. Mine: Pig trotters fried bee hoon, Cindy: 12 "gong" fried rice, Gallen: Sushi, Aizhen: Chicken curry, Zhang Yu: Roasted meat, Ah Goh: Pizza bought at Michelles" n Naga: Sambal prawns, Yeow Chong: Herbal Chicken and lastly Ian: super big bowl lo mai gai.... Others i duno..

Yeow Chong's house is at the 4th storey. We ate till halfway, realised that smoke arises rapidly from downstairs.. As typical Kpo singaporeans, we started taking picts n stretched half of our body out of the windows to see what's going on.. Gosh, a train was on fire!! Ian said he called the fire brigade liao.. Then when nothing exciting continues, we go back eating... Then halfway, there's a loud "bomb" sound... The train explode!! We stretched ourselves again to see what's new.. Then Barry took my camera n took picts.. He even went downstairs to see.. Haha...
